Please review these guidelines before your appointment so we can provide the best results.

Personal Items & Valuables

Please remove valuables, cash, firearms, documents, and other personal belongings before your appointment. Compartments or areas containing personal items will be left untouched and will not be cleaned. Please empty your console, door pockets, and trunk if you would like those areas serviced.

Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

Package prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, mud, sand, pet hair, heavy stains, spills, or buildup may require additional time and an extra charge.

We will explain any additional charges and get your approval before performing extra work. If you decline, we will discuss what can be completed within the original package price.

Package Inclusions

Each service includes only the items listed in the selected package. Shampooing, extraction, stain treatment, odor treatment, and other specialty services are additional unless specifically included. Larger vehicles may require a different price, which will be confirmed before service begins.

Stains, Odors & Results

We work to achieve the best possible results, but some stains, odors, scratches, and discoloration may be permanent. Results depend on the vehicle’s condition, materials, and previous care. Detailing does not repair damaged or worn surfaces.

Existing Damage

Please point out loose trim, damaged upholstery, peeling finishes, leaks, malfunctioning electronics, or other concerns before service. We may photograph existing damage and avoid areas that cannot be safely cleaned.

Safe Working Conditions

Please provide a safe, accessible location with enough room to work around the vehicle. Let us know about parking restrictions or access requirements before your appointment. Any water or electrical access needed will be confirmed when booking.

Hazardous Conditions

Please disclose mold, bodily fluids, needles, pest activity, or other hazardous materials before booking. These conditions may require a specialist, and we may decline or stop service if the vehicle cannot be safely cleaned.

Appointments & Weather

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Weather or unsafe working conditions may require us to move your appointment. We will communicate any scheduling changes promptly.

Final Walkthrough & Payment

Please inspect your vehicle with us at completion and point out any concerns so we can review them together. Payment is due when service is completed unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.

Photos & Customer Privacy

We will ask permission before using photos of your vehicle for marketing. Personal belongings, identifying documents, and license plates will be excluded or obscured in any approved promotional photos.
